FPE Automation Participates in Local Job Fair
On July 30, FPE Automation was a part of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Illinois Job Fair at Elk Grove Village High School.
FPE Automation's Assembly/Value-Added Team Leader, Mike Skwarczek, and Event Coordinator Anna Ryan were there to talk to job-seekers about assembly technician positions at FPE. In addition to information about our company, the two brought actual components with them for attendees to see in person (pictured here, on the table). These are parts that most people never see, but they're an essential part of almost every product we buy, the food we eat, cans/bottles/packaging, our cars, medical/hospitals/pharmaceutical, fast food and so much more.
FPE opened its doors in 1963. We've been local in our roots for nearly 60 years. We live, and give back, in the community we serve.
FPE Automation is a great place to work! Third-generation family-owned, it's a dynamic, easygoing team that really cares about the people who work there. You'll notice it's the first word in the company's tagline, right under the logo: "people".
In addition to all that, industrial automation is an exciting field to be in. We work with all of the cutting-edge technology making headlines today; like robotics, vision systems and AI.

Do you know someone who is mechanically inclined, great with tools, and a desk job is not their thing? Someone who might be just the right fit for our assembly tech team? If so, we'd appreciate it if you'd share this with them.
